BTS CHRISTMAS PARTY

Remember our XMAS Party is this Sunday and we need RSVP's and payment by Sunday. Send RSVP to suz@brisbanetrisquad.com.au and pay money into BTS bank account or cash in person.
The party starts from the East Brisbane Croquet Club, 19 Park Avenue next Mowbray Park at 2pm and at 5pm kicks on to the Story Bridge Hotel.

The dress theme is "over the top" and we will be giving away a digital camera from our great sponsors at Videopro http://www.videopro.com.au/ at the party.

TRAINING

Starting from today the Thursday night swim session will go back to one session only from 6.00-7.00pm. During peak swim times leading into the major races we will go back to double session where required.

Also this Saturday is our final transition session for 2011 at Suttons Beach, Redcliffe. The current beginner course participants will be doing their first transition session in preparation for their graduation race at Raby Bay next weekend.

After the session we'll be going for breakfast at one of the local cafes in Redcliffe so. These are the best triathlon training sessions you can do and help refine the skills needed to race well so make the effort to attend if you're free.

GOOD LUCK

This weekend is IM WA and we have 3 members lining up for their first IM event. Callan Lloyd, Josh Marsden and Steve 'Ando' Anderson are primed and ready to go.

COACH WANTED
