PILATES SESSION WED NIGHTS
Further to our new pilates session everyone who will be attending the Wednesday night Pilates session will require a mat and theraband. Alissa will have some for sale at the sessions.
As a special, she’ll be selling a mat and 2 therabands (medium and extra strong) for $35. This is a saving of $25 off the normal price just for BTS athletes. Please bring cash only.
